CONGRADULATIONS AARON!!!

Last night Aaron graduated from Phlebotomy school!!! He has been working so hard and He has a great new job to show for it!!!

Aaron, I just want to tell you that I am so proud of you, and I am so thankful to you for working so hard to reach your goals!! You have done a great job, and I love you so much!!!

Kyle's favorite part of the graduation was getting to wear Daddy's hat after it was all over!

SCARY!!!

Yesterday we had a really strange experience while we were doing our grocery shopping.

An older couple came up to us and the wife asked me what isle I found Kenzie in because she wanted to get one too. I just kind of laughed and told her that I couldn't quite remember. She then asked well, can I have your little boy then?

These questions in themselves didn't bother me so much because elderly people ask me these kinds of questions all the time, but that is usually where they stop!

This lady however, decided to take it a lot farther. She then proceeded to tell me what I neaded to do to take care of my kids properly! Although I was slightly annoyed, I was very polite and just kind of smiled and nodded.

She then asked If we needed a babysitter. I politely said No I'm actually a stay at home mom and I watch my own kids but thank you for the offer.
She then asked " but don't you ever go out without your kids?" I said 'NO we always take them with us where ever we go (Which is mostly true) She then backed off and left us alone.

Now I am the kind of person who is extreemly cautious when I take my kids into public. I always make sure that my kids are within arms reach of myself, or someone I know! And I am sure that those people were perfectly nice but the whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable!!!
Moral of the story! If you have young kids NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF OF THEM FOR EVEN ONE SECOND WHEN YOU ARE IN A PUBLIC PLACE!!!

MEMORIAL DAY FUN!!!

Aaron's parrents ward always has a breakfast picnic to celebrate Memorial Day. I have been attending this with Aaron every year since we had just barely started dating. Now it is fun to go back and show everyone our kids.
since Aaron's parrents live about 45 minutes away from us, we decided to make it an all day event! We started out at the park, and then we went back to Aaron's mom and dad's house. After spending a few hours there, we came back to our side of town and spent a sittle while with my mom.
We then went to the mall and ate pizza, and ended our fun day with icecream.
It was a very long day, but we had lots of fun, and we were so excited to be able to spend so much time with so many members of our family!

Aaron decided to introduce Kenzie to the water. She did not like it at all!

Poor Kenzie! She was so cold!

Kenzie was so happy when grandma C. wraped her in a warm towel!

Kyle was having so much fun playing in the water that Aaron had to hold him so that we could get everything ready to leave the park. He did NOT want to get out of the water!

Aaron and his younger brother Jacob decided to torment their poor mom and threatened to throw her in the water.

Kenzie playing with Uncle Ryan!

Kyle found Uncle Ryan's sun glasses. When he put them on he said "Pirates say R" At first we couldn't figure out why he had said this but then we realized that he thought that the glasses looked like an eye patch.

I had laid Kenzie down on the couch at Aaron's parrents house, and when I picked her back up her hair was full of static!

They were so tired after their long day at the park. We had intended to go home and take naps, but we ended up deciding to go to my mom's house and spend some time with everyone there!

AMANDA'S GRAD PARTY!!!

This past Thursday night was my cousin Amanda's highschool graduation! The whole family had planned to attend the cerimony, but it decided to start raining that day. It NEVER RAINS HERE IN MAY! All of the highschools always hold the graduations out on the football fields, but they were all forced to change their plans at the last minute. They all ended up splitting the graduating classes in half and half of them graduated in the auditouium, and the other half graduated in the gym. Each graduate was also limited to a certin number of guests. So we just decided to meet at her house to celebrate afterwards.

When Amanda got there, she had quite a surprise waiting for her!

MY RECIPE SITE IS MOVING FROM MYSPACE SO EVERYONE CAN SEE IT!!!!!

http://courtneylovesrecipes.blogspot.com/

As many of you know, I have had a recipe site on my space for quite a while now. Recently, my mom and one of my aunts asked me if I could move it to a place where everyone can see it, so I did! It is now on blogger!!! It is far from finished, but I have gotten it started, and I thought that I would let everyone know about it! I have hundreds of recipes that I have collected, and would love to share with everyone!!!There is a link on the right hand side that will take you directly to the new site! I hope you enjoy my site!!!

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

On Saturday morning, we had planned to go to the grocery store, and get a few other erinds done.

After getting everyone ready, we walked downstairs, and out to the car and found that it was really dirty! So we decided that the first thing we would do would be to take the car to get washed.

After the car wash, we headed toward the grocery store, and started smelling this awful burning smell. I then turned around and saw a little bit of white smoke coming from somewhere behind us. I just couldn't tell if it was coming from us, or one of the other cars stopped around us. When we finally made it to the grocery store, the smell was even worse when we got out of the car so we knew that it was our car then. Aaron had decided that it was probably some of the soap from the car wash that had gotten somewhere that it wasn't supposed to, and was now just drying. So we went in and did our shopping. We then got back in the car and headed home.

When we got out of the car in front of our house, it still smelled just as bad, so we decided that we better call my uncle Joey wo has worked on cars for ever. He told us that he was already planning to work on my mom's car, so we could just come out too.

When we fianally got there, Joey started the car, ahen imediately got out and walked around to the back of the car. There he found a plastic grocery bag that had melted to the muffler! I felt to dumb! But oh well, atleast nothing was wrong with our car, and we didn't have to pay for any new parts for it!

TALK ABOUT UNFORTABLE!!!!!

I thought that my high heels that I had to wear at Clint and Alicia's wedding were bad. I couldn't walk, and I had such a hard time with them that my mom told me that she didn't care if I just took my shoes off for the reception, and they were normal shoes!

The following is part of an email that my friend sent to me yesterday. After seeing this, I will never complain about my shoes again!!!

Think your shoes are uncomfortable?
